Ao procurar um apartamento por Temporada tenha em mente, o bairro, o período (número de dias e mês do ano), o número de pessoas e o valor disponível para locação.
 

Veja as fotos dos apartamentos temporada e a CAPACIDADE DE OCUPAÇÃO (nº de pessoas que podem ocupa-lo). Não solicite cotação se o número de pessoas for maior do que a capacidade do apartamento.

 

Tendo gostado de um apartamento temporada, preencha o formulário de COTAÇÃO, com as informações alí solicitadas. 

 

Após enviar o formulário de cotação, você receberá um email com os valores do aluguel de temporada, baseados nos dados do seu pedido.

 

A diária é considerada do dia inicial da locação por temporada até o último dia do período, pois ao confirmar a reserva o apto passa a ficar disponível para o locatário temporário.
 

Os valores informados para locação de apartamentos de temporada podem ser alterados sem prévio aviso, respeitando os valores de cotações já enviadas, em até 30 dias da data do envio do email resposta e/ou reservas já confirmadas.

 

Tendo gostado do apartamento temporada, do bairro (ex: Copacabana) e estando "de acordo" com as informações dos valores do aluguel de temporada, das condições de pagamento e reserva, enviadas no email resposta a sua solicitação de cotação .

ATENÇÃO PARA OS ITENS ABAIXO SÃO IMPORTANTES PARA SUA RESERVA
 

Após enviar a solicitação de reserva, você receberá um email com os dados do depósito do sinal de reserva de 50% do valor do período solicitado e prazo para efetuar esse depósito.
 

ATENÇÃO: É importante que siga as orientações fornecidas para o depósito reserva, afim de evitar problemas futuros para ambas as partes.

 

Após a confirmação do seu depósito reserva, receberá um email confirmando e garantindo a sua reserva para o período solicitado e será informado o endereço completo do apartamento temporada e como chegar ao mesmo.

 

No caso de solicitação de cancelamento da reserva, o depósito não será devolvido conforme, pois ao confirmar o depósito reserva, o apartamento de temporda fica bloqueado no período solicitado e aparece no mapa de disponíbilidade como indisponível, afastando outros possíveis interessados.

 

Qualquer dúvida que tiver, solicite mais informações ao proprietário e/ou administrador do apartamento.

                                                  ATENÇÃO: CHEGADA AO APARTAMENTO DE TEMPORADA
 

Ao entrar no apartamento temporada, será solicitado o preenchimento de uma ficha com os dados pessoais dos ocupantes. No caso de menor, deverá ser apresentado um documento que demonstre a filiação ou autorização dos pais junto ao Juizado do menor e adolescente.
 

Confira com o proprietário e/ou administrador, o bom funcionamento de todos os aparelhos do apartarmento, bem como objetos alí disponíveis.

 

O HORÁRIO DE RECEPÇÃO E SAÍDA DOS APTOS É DE 07:00 ATÉ 20:00 HORAS.

 

SERÁ SOLICITADO UM DEPÓSITO CAUÇÃO NO VALOR DE R$ 200,00 EM ESPÉCIE, PARA GARANTIA DO IMÓVEL E SEUS PERTENCES. NO CASO DE NÃO HAVER DANOS O VALOR SERÁ DEVOLVIDO INTEGRALMENTE.

OBS: O VALOR ACIMA É MEREMENTE REPRESENTATIVO, FICANDO O LOCATÁRIO RESPONSÁVEL PELO PAGAMENTO TOTAL DOS DANOS AO IMÓVEL.
